Good location for bars and dining. Close to Wawel Castle. Our room was air conditioned. The hotel staff were very helpful.
The room was too small for comfort, it was a twin bed room and the beds were foot to foot, with a thin mattress. The en suite was extremely small; it would not meet building codes in the USA. There was no provision for storage of luggage and we were traveling with two 29” and two 21” bags. We made do with rearranging chairs and tables to support the luggage. This might not be too bad if you were staying in Kraków for a few days, as there was a wardrobe, but we needed daily access to luggage to keep from unpacking completely for a three night stay.
Good location for the old Jewish quarter. Breakfast good - lots of choice.
Room adequate but not great. Not particularly welcoming. Made us pay on arrival.
Lovely hotel with a pleasant short walk to main town. Clean, comfortable & convenient with really helpful staff. Excellent showers, useful little kettle in room & daily bottle of water provided. Brilliant breakfast, served from 7am - 11am & plently of food choice - vegetarians easily catered for. Situated in lively area with lots of nice bars & restaurants in immediate vicinity. We enjoyed our 5 night stay & would'nt hesitate to rebook. A really great hotel experience.
Hospitality of the staff and perfect location!!!
It was centrally located and we could get anywhere by foot, tram, bus, easily. The city is beautiful and the people here are friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel each day was ample and fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There are excellent restaurants on all sides of the hotel just steps away. Oh, and the towel warmers in the bathroom were a good surprise.
We were in a room on the street and it was a bit noisy at times but the view was worth it for me. If you are a lite sleeper, I would ask for a room off the street. We stayed here 7 nights and enjoyed every minute of it thogh
Waiting for the warm water to reach third floor was talking much too long. There was no socket to plug the cattle. All the english language channels wasn't working. There was a bad smell in the bathroom and big wet spot on the carpet in the room.
The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very good and the packed lunch a bargain! The staff all spoke English. The room was large and comfortable and the facilities clean and lots of personal touches. Plenty off restaurants nearby and an interesting area to stay in, with Krakow town centre about 20 minutes walk away We would most certainly use the hotel again if we were visiting Krakow again.
The hotel was very well situated, within walking distance of almost anywhere in the city. Plenty of restaurants near by.
lovely restaurants and bars nearby and great staff
complimentary tea/coffee and water was available in the room this was very welcomed as we arrived after midnight. The no smoking room was spacious with a large shower room and comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast had a good choice of food. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
during breakfast slow to top up when food ran out. one time no coffee available and had to ask for top up.
hotel was first class,to far away from main sq not very good to walk around at night
food was very good
Great situation in the old jewish quarter of Kazimierz. It's only a short walk from the hotel to the Wavel castle, the shopping street of Grodzka and the old town. The breakfast was very nice, with something for every taste. The staff could have been warmer, but we always enjoyed coming back to the hotel, which was our home for almost a week. There is indoor decoration work going on, which we had to pass from our room, but this didn't bother us, looking forward to see the results of this next time we return.
We missed a refrigerator in our room to store cold drinks. The free bottle of water which was supplied every day was a nice surprise, though.
Clean, comfortable hotel in good location. Well placed for public transport around city and to the Salt Mines. Staff competent and polite. Breakfast table well stocked with large variety of choices.
The hotel is in a great location - it is situated in the Jewish quarter and is an easy stroll into the city centre. The hotel is basic in terms of facilities, but the room we stayed in was warm, clean, and had a good shower. Breakfast is a decent buffet. The staff were helpful, tours can be booked from the hotel (and we were able to leave out luggage at the hotel for a few hours after signing out). All in all, excellent value for money.
The location is great, the hotel is clean, cozy, and comfortable. If you don't want to spend a lot of money this is a very good choice. I would definitely stay there again...
