Located in the vibrant Jewish Quarter, the double room was clean and comfy with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Shower pressure was great and linens were fresh. Great Stay in the Heart of Krakow
Enjoyed our four-night stay in a twin room. The cleaning service could improve, but the location was perfect for exploring the nearby Jewish Quarter. Don't miss the local restaurants—fantastic choices abound! For breakfast, arrive early for a better selection.

The breakfast was a highlight, offering a huge variety and so filling that it lasted well into the afternoon. Comfortable beds and very accommodating staff enhanced the experience. However, noise from the kitchen early in the morning was disruptive, and the shower was cramped with insufficient shelf space. Additionally, the rooms themselves felt a bit dated with old carpets, despite clean bathrooms.

The location in Kazimierz is fantastic, and a hearty breakfast made mornings enjoyable. However, some noise disturbances from nearby air conditioning units were bothersome. While the staff was helpful, the room could use a little upgrade. Overall, a pleasant experience with a few minor issues.

Perfect Location and Fantastic Breakfast
I had a wonderful stay! The location in the Jewish Quarter was perfect for exploring local restaurants and cultural sites, making it easy to walk to Wawel Castle. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring a variety of hot and cold options, with delightful fresh pastries. The staff were genuinely friendly and provided great historical insights about the neighborhood. One minor downside was the lack of toiletries in the room. it would be a nice touch if they included some.

Good location near vibrant nightlife and historic sites. The breakfast variety stands out with a mix of continental and hot options, fueling up for a day of exploring.
Staying in the annex next door can be a hassle with no lift and narrow staircases for lugging bags. The room was chilly at night due to poor heating, requiring a heater that didn't quite cut it. Additionally, the balcony door didn't lock, and there were exposed wires—definitely not ideal. Noise from gatherings right outside the hotel added to the discomfort, making it hard to relax after a long day.

The hotel had a fantastic location in Kazimierz, making it easy to explore the vibrant area filled with bars and restaurants. I enjoyed the rich history around me, with many attractions just a short walk away. The breakfast selection impressed me, offering various fresh options daily. The staff proved to be incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. However, my room faced some noise disturbances, especially during early mornings due to kitchen work. A lack of toiletries in the room was also disappointing. I expected better amenities considering the rate I paid. Despite these issues, I appreciated the pleasant atmosphere and attention of the staff. I would consider returning if the noise situation is addressed.
