the location was excellent. The staff very friendly
The hotel room was very cold when we arrived at 2300hrs. I asked reception for a heater but was told there was not one. The next day it was still very cold so I asked again to a different girl at reception and she kindly gave us the hand control for the heating in the room which made such a difference!
A good honest hotel with all one expects from an reasonable hotel.
Great location and really cheap. Breakfast is fine and rooms clean and a decent size.
Sheet & duvet were very old and scratchy, not nice to sleep on. Staff weren't very helpful.
The room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great for visiting the city centre and was on a quiet road. Very good buffet breakfast. Overal very good value for money.
Only minor problem with electrical switch and socket hanging out the wall.
Diffenrence in the staff
Good location. When we wanted to check 2 hours before incheck time it was no problem. Amazing breakfast
Unfortunately, the shower had to run for 10 minutes before it started to get a bit warm enough to wash yourself. You couldn't call it hot at all, but it could've been just our room.
Location - near to friendly, unusual candle-lit bars and good restaurants offering value for money. Within 15 mins walking distance to the main square. Breakfast was lovely. Large, clean, comfortable rooms - even slippers provided! Wouldn't hestitate to recommend or go again.
The breakfast is incredible. We've stayed at all three hotels and we are always impressed and very pleased with the selection and freshness. The location is also unbeatable. Kazimierez is our favorite part of the city, but accessibility to the old town is also fantastic if you want to head up that way. Overall, the value is exceptional.
For some odd reason we had a difficult time getting hot showers in both buildings this time. We stayed in the main building and the aneks, but both both showers ran lukewarm at different times of the day. They were able to fix it one evening, but I then had a very mild shower the next day. The weather is extremely cold there right now though, so that may have something to do with it. I would still go back and stay there again because normally everything is perfect.
Sightseeing, learning about the history of Krakow
The hotel was very good value, especially compared to other European cities. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, our room was spacious, bigger than many we have stayed in.The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of Polish dishes to try. All in all pretty good.
Only gripe was no mini-fridge but I spotted one in another room!
The hotel is very well located, the breakfast was good and the staff are friendly
Hotel well situated in the Jewish Didtrict and an easy 15minute wlk into Central Krakow.Large comfortable clean and well maintained room.Breakfast very good with a different hot choice each day.Staff pleasant and helpful and the reception desk was always staffed Will definately use the Kazimierz again when/if we return to Krakow.
In a quieter area than Krakow's old town, and also not where all the local night clubs are, this hotel was pleasant and quiet. It was within walking range of all sights, even Schindler's factory museum. While the hotel is far from fancy, it offers a very good value for money.
The hotel looked very charming from the exterior, The staff were friendly and helpful readily providing addition bedding for warmth when requested. The breakfast was adequate and very tasty
The rooms were rather basically furnished and the bed not very comfortable. Unless you get a room overlooking the street, the view from the window is quite unpleasant.
The Hotel Kazimierz was fantastic value for money. The staff all spoke good English and were polite, friendly and helpful. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street which was nice and quiet and you could see the Synagogue which was just a few meters from the hotel. A lift to made it easy to reach all floors of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, buffet style and you could eat as much as you wanted. The staff were able to provide us with what ever information we needed and booking airport transfers and excursions were easy. They provided a packed lunch for our excursion to Auschwitz which was a relief as I was anxious I would have to source out supermarkets in order to stock up. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower was great too- powerful and with oodles of hot water. It was also good to have tv with English speaking channel so we could keep up to date with the news. I would definitely stay in this lovely hotel again. It was a perfect and central location for anyone who wanted to experience the Jewish quarter because of its quiet yet convenient location. It has all the advantages of location, comfort, value for money and atmosphere without all the noise and bustle you would get in a hotel in the old town.
